After registering for PoG I downloaded the game(144mb).When I opened the download it was corrupted.Is this common or did I mess up?
I guess what I'm asking is should I try again or do people have this problem alot.
I ordered the CD but as everyone else I want to play NOW.

Hi RPGer. Welcome to the boards. No one else has reported a bad download here as best as I can remember. Are you on dial-up or cable? If it's a long dl for you, the chance of something going wrong increases. You can either try the download again or wait for the CD. The wait will be worth it if that's what you decide. When I wanted to dl POG with my dial-up, I found a shareware downloading utility called Monica. It can be stopped and later resume the download where you left off. It will also re-dial if you get disconnected. It took me 3 or 4 nights of letting the computer run until I got all of POG. I never did receive my disc from Ambrosia.

Thanks for the info.I used DAP over several days to d/l POG but seeing that I live in a remote area (in the mountains) we have very poor dial-up.So I hope I will recieve the CD
that I paid for.
