    • I need someone with a mac to help me for a sec.

Hello all! Listen, my mac is down, and is getting repaired. While that happens, I just need someone to convert two PC plugins into mac plugs.

email me if you're interested: bassman2k5@gmail.com

      thanks! 😄

    • Just out of curiosity, what is the use of a Mac plug-in if your Mac is down? And once your Mac is back up, why can't it do the conversion?
I'd gladly help, but this request doesn't make complete sense.

    • On a side note, Kasabian!
      😄
That was quite a nice little album. 🙂

It does too, you see, I want to release the PC and MAC versions of the plug at the same time. 😄

Don't. Unless for some reason the actual data of the plug will differ slightly then there's no need to fill up the addons pages with duplicates. Mac users are quite capable of doing the conversion themselves - just add a note somewhere that they'll need to do so.

Yes. However, if you do that, add a line in your readme to tel mac users where to get the convertor:
      www.ambrosiasw.com/cgi-bin/vftp/show.pl?product=evn&category=utilities&display=size&file=MacPluginConvertor101.sit

(Edit the 17th: The ()#$&*^@)#! thing is dead-set against putting long URLs in posts.)

Why not just wait a couple days?
Also, Mac is not an acronym (it is not MAC, just Mac*). And I second the idea of just putting the PC file, Mac users will convert it if they want it. No need to double the number of files for no significant benefit.

*and really that should be Macintosh.

    • MAC = Media Access Control, anyway

Hm, I don't think anyone would want to release a Media Access Control version of their plug. Of course you never can tell...

    • You can't do it. MAC numbers are hardware addresses in a computer. Cable companies use MAC IDs to determine if your cable modem is allowed to connect to their network.

    • It was a joke <_<
