    • Spells Expander and Lights

I noticed some time ago that in Spells Expander, all of the new rooms with lights have their lights off when you are walking around, but when you look at the overhead map, they are on. The same thing is with torches (not lit when walking around, but are lit and have smoke on the map). Is there any reason?

If UPS and Fed-Ex merged, would they be Fed-Up?
A man who's out to save Gidolan Keep, flies an Auroran ship, and hacks into computers to keep the bricks from falling past the line of destiny? Yep, that's me!

Which rooms are those? Mage's Tower perhaps? And smoke? I've never seen that before.

Boo! Did I scare you? No? BOO! How about now? Good!

    • I said the new rooms in Spells Expander had the the torches and lights off when you walked around, but on when viewing the map. The new rooms would be your room, Bernard's room, the Vault, and Fayaleese's lab. I don't recall if there are lights in Fayleese's lab. The smoke can most easily be seen coming from the torch on the overhead map in your room.

OK, I'll check that out. 🙂

    • The most obvious explanation is that the stamp for the torch is set to draw that way on the overhead but Stark did not place an animation of the burning torch and instead used just the single picture stamp. That's not, perhaps, the right explanation, but it is the way I probably would have done it. It would save a lot of work for a very minor detail which only a few astute detectives would find anyway.

      Edit: typo

    • Well, Stark, it looks like we won't know till you shed some light on this subject. Is it an easter egg?
