IFF decoder?
FTL is commonly used for faster-than-light in the scifi genre. Does anyone know what the IFF stands for in IFF decoder?
I originally thought it was a made up acronym. I was reading a scifi novel the other day and they mentioned an IFF decoder, which had approximately the same function as the EV version. Anyone know what it means?
