I can't find it anywhere on the web

Hello. I'm just about to start designing plugins, I read the EV Nova Documentation available in the "Documentation" folder that comes with the game. Anyways, it recommended that people who want to design plugins should use Apple's "ResEdit" program, I've searched the entire web and still couldn't find it's latest version.Can someone tell me where I can download it from....I'm using Mac OS 10.3. I know this shouldn't be a topic, but this is a desperate last attempt to find it....PLEASE HELP ME!!!SOB!

P.S. I have the ResEdit manual so all I need is the ResEdit program.

ResEdit is also located in the EV and EVO addon pages under "utilities"

Or if you type resedit into google, the very first link you get comes up as download Res Edit and links to the afore mentioned resexcellence page:p

Or if you click on the All The Important Links topic you'll find the same link there too.
