this wont work, any known alternatives?

I have a PC and I use EV NEW to edit EV Nova. Sometimes I write my text descriptions onto Microsoft Word while I'm at work. Unfortunately you can't use the paste command (control + V) in EV NEW without making it crash. So I have to hand type, in order to copy, text from one source to another. Is there a simple alternative to this painstaking procedure that will work for someone who only has a PC?

That's odd, I seem to be able to paste into EVNEW without problems. I'm using version 1.0.4. Which version are you using?

My guess is that EVNEW doesn't know how to handle MSWord formatting data. I'm pretty sure that if you save your writing as plain text you should be ableto copy and paste just fine.

Yep, it's probably something like that, as what you copy from MS Word is formatted text, while of course EVNEW can only accept plain text. I f I were you, I'd write my stuff on notepad before copy-pasting.
