I found a patch that fixes bugs for a EVO-EVN plug i think it puts EVO on the EVN engine but i cant seem to find the actual plug can anyone help me out???

Look there at the bottom... I believe that is what you want.
thanks a lot this will giveme somethingto do , i assume that u treat it like a plug and add to plugin folder?

No. Actually what you do is...well I'll just quote the read me:

To install, just rename your original "Nova Files" folder to "Nova Files Original", then rename the supplied "Nova Files Override" folder to "Nova Files" and move it to the EV Nova folder .
You will then need to remove any installed Nova Plug-ins, as these will not be designed for the original scenario and may conflict.
Note that this is different to the standard plug-in installation.
Uninstalling
---------
To uninstall, just rename your original "Nova Files" folder to "Nova Files Override", then rename the "Nova Files Original" folder to "Nova Files".
