Does anyone know of any good, preferably Freeware (or less than $80) renderers to make ships, etc?
I run Windows XP, on a 2.4Ghz Pentium 4 with a good video card and plenty of ram so that shouldn't be a problem. I'd like it to be compatible with Wings3D.
Could anyone help.
(yes I searched and didn't find anything relavant to my problem.

Search harder. But to save you time.

I guess that your top two choices are: Blender 3D (www.blender3d.com) and POV-Ray 3D (www.povray.org). Oh yea, and for those of you who have seen this list before, I believe that it's now up to date (or at least close) in version and pricing. Of course, several of the more expensive titles can be found at significantly reduced price if you're a student at (url="http://"http://www.journeyed.com")www.journeyed.com(/url)
