I'm totally at a loss on how to do this at all. is it even possible? I made a sound on fruity loops using the synthisizer and exported it as a wave, and now I don't know what to do next. can someone help me?

oh ya and how do I make it sound like my custom weapon when it explodes and an included sound when it launches?

One method is to search for various sounds on the internet, and edit them in various ways. If you have some games on your computer, try extracting some of the sounds and edit them as well. Finally, if you wanted to, try mixing up several sounds to get the one unique sound you want, as long as its supposed to sound the way its supposed to. That's what I do.
