      I've completed two seperate missions with associated dëscs. The first can happen anytime from the completion of the first Fed Resupply mission until the end of the last Fed Resupply mission, and will bootstrap the player to the end of the Resupply missions directly to Bureau missions. The second can happen (if the first did not) anytime after the Bring In Terrorist mission until the Bring in Political Dissident mission begins. This skips the Bring in Terrorist and Bring in Dissident missions (Krane says a "true test of your loyalty" will come soon.) Beyond this point, I think it should be essentially unavailable. Perhaps I'll add an Information Raid mission if you miss out on Sigma.
