I know we have had a lighting tutorial for all 3D modelers, but I think its time for one that is for one 3D modeling program so people wont have to spend hours trying to find what your taking about.

ok, nice, but you missed a huge thing. Change the ambient color to black! That's vital to good lighting.

hm, you're also going to want a brighter key light. You don't want your main light and your fill lights to be the same brightness, it makes for a flat image.
