    • No, plugins require both RLE and RLE8 to work properly. I seem to remember something about NOVA rejecting plug-ins if both weren't present. Once again though - dont quote me on that 😛

      No, it wasn't.

Yes, I believe that's the case.

    • I remembered something. It is possible to make a spin in EVO that has more than 36 frames. There is a pair of fields that allow it. My question is, does this work properly? It seems to me that in the bible it is recomended that you not try for more than 36.

No, it doesn't work. There must be 36 frames, although you can arrange them in any way (eg. 3x12 rather than 6x6).

Here is another question, in nova some turrets don't track as fast as others, for instance, the quad turret tracks a whole lot faster than the Heavy blaster turret. Is there anyway to implement this in EVO? I have a feeling there is because it is mentioned in a couple of places, not just in evo itself, that the blaze turret can't follow crescent fighters as well as the phase turret. In which case I have an outdated template, in fact, I already know I do. Can somebody send me the latest template for EVO?

    • I'm not sure but I think this is related to the speed of the weapon. What I am sure of is that there is no field to define how fast a turret tracks.
I don't have the templates on me at the moment but you can always download them from the EVO addons page.
