**When you start a new game with the Trinity plugin selected in the list of plugins (you have to have an X in the little box to its left,) another screen comes up which asks whether you want to be a swordsman, ranger, or conjurer. There is also a screen where you type in a name for the character you are creating. This all happens before you start any play of the game. If you started a game without Trinity, and then select Trinity later, you will be a swordsman - you don't have a choice.

You cannot just place the Trinity plugin in the plugins folder, you have to check it too.

You have to be starting a new game - not a saved one.
Once you have established that character as a conjurer, all the saves of that game will be a conjurer who is able to learn magic.
When you say you did that and nothing happened that doesn't make sense. If this is not working, please give us something more to go on. We would like to help, but we are not at your keyboard so it's hard to quess what you didn't do. ~RD

**In your plugins folder should be something called "(x) Trinity Plugin". If it doesn't look exactly like that including the (x), then the wrong thing is there. Also check its size. You have to have only the plugin itself in the folder. It won't work if you put the entire Trinity folder in the plugin folder.
If this is not your problem, I don't know what to tell you.
