Up until now, I had figured that when a new pilot is created, they always start on spob 128. However, that doesn't seem to be the case. I just started a new pilot, to find them hovering over spob 136.
So, what's the deal here?

It is defined in System1-4 of the Char resource. And it's done by system, not spob.
