I finally beat the blessed puzzles and its mostly a random kind of thing.
I did however find a logical progression as to how it works. Even though I knew how and what to do, I don't think I could do it again or explain the exact patern if you paid me.

Here's all you do> the portal thing at the top is a key. Match that with the pedestals below on the board thing. Every ped you touch effects the other peds top or bottom or left or right of it. IT will reverse them if they are lit up or unlit. If you step on a pad it will not effect diagional pads. just horizontal and vertical. There are 3 or 4 puzzels with different diagrams to match. THe last puzzle is a clock, you have to move around it to get the right time. Then you are in the mages guild and can buy some sweet armor.
