I'm not sure why I'm answering this, but here goes:

Not a plugin, really. It's an application: Pilot File Editor 3.0

Q.6) What does it do?
It allows one to edit EVO pilots

Q.7) Do you feel any Remorce for what you have done?
Remorce? What century are you writing from? Back on topic: no.

Q.8) Why Not?
I made the editor for a number of reasons, one of which was I was hoping plug in developers would use it to distribute modified pilots with plugins. Keep in mind this was written before EVN was announced and that many of the features in EVN just weren't available.

The creation of EVN made the Pilot File Editor obsolete, and with all the new features in EVN, a PFE for Nova pilots isn't necessary.

Not that I know of.

Mostly people make cheat plugs so they can learn the ins and outs of making the more complex Nova plugs.

My cheat plugins, which I make for my self, usually have no names.

They have given me ships, outfits, ranks, changed the game date, and set and cleared bits when I needed them to be so I could test something.

No. Why should I?

Because there is nothing wrong with cheating. And usually making cheat plugins is both a good way to learn and a good way to test other plugins. Or to just have fun.

Yes, if he can figure out how. Plugins, when they aren't cheat ones, can enhance the game in wonderful ways. Just getting a plugin that gives full color target pictures is a huge improvement for the game.
