I want to start getting a list of people interested in beta-testing the Windows plugin editor I'm working on. Its not yet ready for even beta release, but is quickly approaching that state. Please email me at geuis1@bellsouth.net if you are interested in becoming a beta tester.
Please include your OS, what updates you have currently installed, and any software you have running in the background normally (things like anti-virus, IM clients, printer software, firewalls, etc.)
I'm thinking testing will begin soon, though may not be until next week. I will keep all of those interested updated via email.

I'm guessing .rez . But since EVONE can read , convert and write .rez files there is no longer a problem in that.

Might add the ability to write directly to Mac format later, but my primary concern is getting out a Windows editor for people who currently can't make plugins at all.
Perhaps the person who wrote EVONE can adapt some of their code and make a Macintosh Window to Mac converter in the mean time.

EVONE does exactly that, but a standalone would be pretty nice.

A standalone would be nice but it would negate one of EVONE's major features. I will think about it. Besides, unless you want to do batch conversions, it isn't that hard to open the plug in EVONE and choose Save As.

evone may have some of the good features already but just one thing, its for mac and i dont have one nor do i have a emulator. i cant wait till it gets to full version

You don't get the point. EVONE is a mac program , correct and you guys are starting to make a .rez editor , and plugs made with that would be windows only , so we made some effort to get EVONE compatible with the .rez format , so we can convert , edit and play your plug-ins! And even make our mac plugs insta-compatible with windows by being able to output it as a .rez file !

What time table are you looking at for this? I use a Windows ME machine most of the time, but I'm on a mac until the fall.. When that time comes, I'd be glad to help out.
