Y'know, you can save each individual map that lunar cell creates - Clouds, land texture ... just mess around with the type (a little pull-down square that adjusts the rendering type, for instance if you want the planet to be transparent on top of another thing.. its hard to explain.)
I tried it once, and it worked fairly well, I just had a couple problems. with mapping ..
