The Giant Axe! I used to just sell these things but I decided to try one out. WOW! This is better than the Runic Sword and even better than Courage. The swordsman needed something to get my interest going. This did it. The conjuror has the Staff of Lordship and theres nothing better than that for beating things up. The ranger has his Wolf Claws. With the swordsman I try to get the Runic Sword as early as possible. Then I trade that for the Great Axe of Misery and use that until the end of the game. Now I found this new toy and I want to keep playing for a while yet. It's definitely an end of game kind of toy. And that's just right for fun time gaming when you've finished everything else. All I need now are some bigger guys to beat up. Sea Giants are too easy. What if there were actually more Guardians that survived? Maybe they moved to an island or some hidden valley beyond High Garendall, mated and multiplied, and were all released when the Pillars of Garendall woke up. Just when you think you've solved all the problems, something worse comes along. That's probably stretching things a bit but you can tell I'm having fun. And thats what games are all about.

    • Have you played my plugin? There are things worse than the Guardian AND Sea Giants in there... (wow, I advertised my plugin twice today 😄 )

EDIT: In case you didn't know, my plugin's name is World of Cha0s, available at my website (see sig.) or on the PoG addons page.

    • The...Giant Axe? You dont mean the War Axe Misery, do you? And by great axe misery, do you mean Battle Axe Misery? (Just trying to get some things straight here)

Nope, he's got to be playing with Spells Expander. The Giant Axe is a new item that Stark added. It does something like 100 base damage I think, and is dropped (only?) by his Sea Giants.

    • CI-Ia0s - Yes I've played World of Chaos several times now. As a conjuror I found all 4 spells and the free gift. It's a great plug and I keep it in the game all the time now because it adds a new area and doesn't seem to interfere with any other plugs. Your guardians of the temple are really tough. It takes a lot of patience and a stack of healing filters to get past those guys. Great job!

SlaVitiCkus - The Great War Axe of Misery which you find in a cave in the far south was my favorite weapon until I tried the Giant Axe which is dropped by Sea Giants. You have to have a strength of at least 100 just to lift it and of course you have to take it away from the Sea Giants so you have to be a powerful character just to get it.

MickyBIs - you got it. I generally play with Trinity, Spells Expander, and World of Chaos. This last time I added Saphire and the Mushroom Lady.

As for the rest of you guys - Hurry up with more plugs - I'm addicted. I'm especially waiting for Utian Village, The Four Mages, and whatever Rubber Ducky is up to.
