Hi!

I've got a 23 level standard knight, and I increase a lot the dexterity 'cause I used to play with bows...
that was nice, I was almost hiting every time and very fast. But now I use sword, and this stupid guy is missing all the time ( well very often), should I Increase the dexterity again ?

Something else: What is the markmanship abilities?

Dexterity is hit % for basic weapons.
markmanship is hit % for bows.

I think the higher numbers where giving you a placebo effect for your bow.

Actually, dexterity affects your hit rate (and dodge rate) with all weapons. Marksmanship only affects ranged weapons.

If you're missing more often with swords than with bows, that would suggest three possibilities:

1. You have very high marksmanship, so your bows were hitting a lot.
2. The enemies have low marksmanship, and so are more easily hit with ranged weapons than swords.
3. You're imagining it.
