      Also, in the future, please specify which EV you're trying to modify. Don't forget that there are three individual games, each, while similar to the others, is different in many ways (Nova being the most different).

      To make governments, check the EV Bible (whichever version applies).

      It's easier to simply duplicate a plug and erase all the resources from it.

      There's no such thing as an easy design tool. I'm not going to lie to you, working in 3D is not easy. It takes a lot of learning and practice. Your best bet is either asking someone VERY nicely to do some art for you, or just borrow sprites from that excellant SW2 plug for EVO.

      First of all, Register with the Forums. It's free and will only take 2 minutes, and then you can post your own topics, that more people will be able to see your question than if you post in other peoples posts. Second of all, is um well their isn't any more info from me but im sure the other people will be happy to help.

      POV-Ray is the best. It is free, and easy to learn (if you use the help file). It is also one of the most powerful 3D apps I have ever seen. I think it can be found at (url="http://"http://www.povray.org")here(/url)

      I downloaded the POV-ray and it doesn't work.I can't access the POV-ray manual for some reason.When I start POV-ray up and get to the point where it says 'Initializing POV-ray library' at the bottom of the screen my computer freezes.I have an imac,OS 9,and the version of POV-ray is 3.5.

      Whoa, that stinks. If you want, I could email you the file, although I have the Windows version, help files might be the same...

      Im really need some help with my mac. i have ResEdit on a CD, and i cant get it to open on my com. i know how to open it, bu the original copy keeps trying to open a text doc. it is too big for the do. and it wont open. how can i change it so that i can open it with what i want to?
      pleeze help me

      Drag and drop is all I can suggest. I drag and drop things to ResEdit 99% of the time.
