After losing a program that I can't remember, I've been looking for a fairly good free sound editing program to no avail. Just something to screw around with recorded sounds. ( I just want to do weapon sounds, and no, I don't want pre-made or someone to do them for me)

Any suggestions? Links? Programs you wouldnt mind sending me?

(url="http://"http://www.felttip.com/products/soundstudio/")Felt Tip Sound Studio(/url) is a great little free sound app. It allows sound editing and has quite a few cool little filters. The current version up is a 14-day trial version but Ive got an older version sitting on my disk that has no time limmited trial. I will compress it and upload it if you want.

soundsampler is quite neat (avaidable at (url="http://"http://www.sndsampler.com/)")http://www.sndsampler.com/)(/url)
It says it's for 15 days only, but I've had it for much longer and it hasn't stopped working, although it occasionaly shows you reminders to register.
