What's new?
Anyone come up with any good new plugs that completely replace the EV/EV:O/EV:Nova universes and misn's?
Any of the old EV or EV:O gang still active and around?

Depends how long it's been since you last visited us.
There is a reasonably new TC for Nova entitled "Polycon EV" - it's very good indeed. There is also a new TC for EV Classic, "Realm of Prey", which I have heard many good things about.
And I think I count as one of the old EVO gang - not that there are that many of the old Discboard people around nowadays.

So, Jim, are you planning on hanging around on these boards again, or is this just a fleeting visit?
I think EVula has the interesting honour of being about the only 'oldie' who has been here continuously, bar short absences, since near the beginning (ie 1997 or so). I, for example, was away for about year summer 2000 - summer 2001...

Mazca, this is probably a fleeting visit for now.... although, if I can talk Martin into doing FOE, I may come around more often.
Either way, I'll probably stop by occasionally just to see if anyone's released any good new TC plugs. Which is really why I stopped by this time.... I'd figured the Nova engine had been out long enough that there might be some new TC plugs for it as well as new tools for developing plugs -- something people like Martin were waiting for before tackling any major project for the Nova engine.
I stopped helping with plug development a couple years ago when it seemed like plug development hit a wall with the announcement of Nova (and the realization that only about 3% of the plugs I tracked in the Plug List ever got completed and/or were any good).
But I've been talked out of retirement before, like when bomb or Blazer wanted some help with new or revised plugs of theirs, and I could probably be talked into it again given the right plug and people involved..... but that is all..... speculation at this point.
Above all else, I am simply an avid plug player.
