I got to be honest with you, coraxus. You started out good, but it's now a real mess of icons.
The cube-idea was nice, but the execution could have been better.
Here is my suggestion:

Damn, I thought you people where going to decide sooner than this. I think Arthur's is quite good. Problem A: it dosen't incoperate anything from EVO or EVN. I also don't like the way it dosen't have any of the tool stuff. I think the EVONE icon's wrench/screwdriver thing is really nice.
Ekveland's idea is good, but not the second one. Those minicubes aren't very good. Put the text on top of the fire. Makes it more readable, and I like the tools on top of the fire.

I like that ring of fire. If you were to tone it down just a tad only enough for the top title to be read but not digressing away from its blaze and add a bit of yellow to the flames, or just slightly shrink the Novatools icon just a tad, then you might have something awesome.
I question the cubes flanking on the sides though. Will people be able to tell that the cubes are consisted of all EV/O/N plugin icons? If we needed some opinions, it would have to be from those who haven't been on this thread. Already most of us here know what the cubes are made out of.

Maybe I'm thinking that the rings that I used along with the faded background is beginning to clutter up like what ekveland said. This is another totally different change compared to the last 5 I did. I still may have more work to do on this one. What do you think?

Yeah, I think it would look pretty cool green... and you should also try other shapes instead of the rounded rectangle. I also love DA's, I always like the "old school" EV symbol better than the new one.

I currently like either Coraxus' first one or ekveland's first one the best. Also, to clear up some confusion, the wrench and screwdriver in the background are actually from Nova. EVONE's addition is the hammer in the foreground and the two fighters.

If any of you are as to being curious why I removed the oval from the background. I did it because I believed that the elements I put in wouldn't fit in the oval, more or less. You take a look at the current badge. Practically everything confines within oval design giving a conformity that badge needs.
The ones I did before, well all of those elements didn't really stay within the oval shape and therefore started to outline a shape of a different form weakening the oval shape.
Strange enough with the current designs I just posted up, heh, they kind of look like customized licensce plates. I think that's kind of cool. Cooler if one really did exist
Oh, if you use Netscape, try switching your browser to a mode that's none default in the colors section of your preference. Look at the badges against a black background color.
