How does the Vell-os map oütf work? I've looked at it, copied it, tried to use it, and I still can't seem to get a ship to automatically map nearby systems as it travels.

Is it mďsn-related? ncb? What am I missing here?

It's a mission ncb. It makes all the systems around you be explored.

Hrm. Tried this and it still doesn't work...it only applies the one time and then never again after that. How the heck do you make a Map oütf activate when you enter a system?

There is a cron that is set to activate every day when a certan mission bit is true, and the cron gives the player a map outfit.
