      How do I get outf to recognize Desc resources so my Descs I have written will come out in the outfitting screen??

      I don't know, but I know how to find out real quick:

      Do you have NovaTools installed? If so, there's a special menu called "NovaTools," which has a cool feature. Go down to "ResID configurations" or something like that. (It's the third option from the bottom) You'll see alot of answers to similar questions, as well. (Note, this doesn't work in the Resource Picker window; you have to open up a system resource or something to view it)

      The reason I can't give you the straight answer is I'm not on my computer. Sorry.

      Edit: This doesn't work with EV or EVO, obviously.

      Outfit dësc ID = ID number of outfit + 2872
