Arios SoftWare is now accepting Beta Tester applications for EVONE, its plugin editor for EV/EVO/EVN! For more information on EVONE, see the link in my sig.
EVONE is expected to enter beta sometime in early September of 2002. To be a beta tester, you must have significant time available throughout the fall and into the winter. You must also have considerable experience developing plugins for EV, EVO, or EVN or any combination of the three. Beta testing EVONE will not be easy: you must be willing to develop numerous small and moderately sized plugins using EVONE as the primary (hopefullly only) editor. You must also be able to clearly and accurately describe any problems or incorrect behaviors you discover. As an incentive, those testers who do a thorough job and proove themselves helpful will be given registration codes to the full version of EVONE when it is released.
EVONE needs testing on both OS 9 and OS X, so no matter what system you are running, please sign up.
Around 10 to 15 people will be selected from the list of applicants, and notified by email that they have been selected. The selection process will take some time, but will be complete by the beginning of September. If you are not contacted via email by the beginning of September, assume you were not selected to be a beta tester.
Note: I have setup my own signup instead of taking names from the Master Beta Tester topic because testing an application like EVONE is fundamentally different from testing a plugin.
To signup to be a beta tester, complete the form on EVONE's (url="http://"http://www.ariossoftware.com/upcoming/evone/beta/")Beta Testing(/url) page.
DO NOT post signups below, if you do, you WILL NOT be a tester.
Please place any comments/questions/suggestions below.
