The first way is to ckick on the "reply" symbol in the line directly above the post message. That is what I just did with your post. Then you can delete out any part of the post which is not important to your answer, which is also what I just did.

If you wish to have a quote from some other source you have to do it manually. To the left of the place where you write your message you will see a link that says (url="http://"http://www.AmbrosiaSW.com/webboard/ubbcode.html")*UBB Code is ON(/url) which tells you how to do quotes and links (which I also just did) and now if you want to see what this looks like when you type it, click on the edit symbol above, and it will show exactly what I typed. You will not be able to edit my message, but you can edit your own messages. 🙂 ~RD

Edit: I see Stark beat me to the punch! :frown: But where is the "quote" button, Stark? 😛

The (url="http://"http://mywebpage.netscape.com/rduckfwj/pog/mapnotes.html")Kingdom of Garendall(/url) sectional map is easily printed from gif format pages.
Find those areas you missed the first time around. You'll want to explore those hidden areas now made accessible with Spells Expander.

    • Argh! The same thing happened to me.

After going through SE with a swordsman, I opened a low level conjurer file. I've since gotten my conjurer up to 17th level, and obtained all sorts of neat SE items, including buying a room in the vault. However, I couldn't get any of the SE quests, b/c Fayleese said "Thanks for your help" and acted like he already knew me.

Stark, you gave 2 methods of resolving this situation. If I understand correctly, if I save my game w/o SE running, I'll lose all the SE items and spells that I have, correct?
I have to admit that doesn't sound too appetizing.
If you could write up that plugin to reset the Fayleese quest completed variable, I would really appreciate it.

      Thanks,
      Tom

This is correct. You would lose all material items plus spells that you purchased. You could buy them all back though, plus reclaim any and all items you found(well, except the crown... thats a bug that will be fixed in 1.0.1).

      Hrm.

Alright, I can write a variable clearing plug-in for you. I suppose anyone who needs this can contact me at stark@evula.net and when the plug-in is ready I'll mail it out.

Again, keep this problem in the back of your mind. This bug will be present in any plug-in that is used that uses globals to keep track of things.

Thank you very much for your prompt reply. Unfortunately, I ran across a glitch... <snip>

Oh, I figured it out now... I think my poor computer was coughing for other reasons. 🙂

From my initial viewing, everything seems better now - Fayleese is once again beset by bandits.

      Thanks again,
      Tom

Great, so the fixer plug-in worked for you?

      Excellent.
