I was wondering how to make outfits appear at outfitters, and how to assign them pictures.

That was pretty harsh, but Mister C is correct - mostly. Start by getting ResEdit and NovaTools, then get the EVN Resource bible. You use ResEdit to open Nova Data# (I think 4, but I could be wrong) and one of the Nova Graphics files, and try to associate which outfit picture goes with which outfit number. If you do your resource IDs correctly, NovaTools will display the outfit picture in the oütf resource editing window.
