      I was wondering what are the STR#s used for hail replies of certain governments ships in Nova. Actually, I was wondering what all the STR#s numbers are and what they refer to...

      I don't believe its in the Nova Bible.

      I can't remember off hand, but you should just use resEdit and open one of the Nova data's(I can't remember if it was 1,2, or 3, I think the STR rescource is in one the earlier files of the 6). There is a section for Hail Quotes and Comm quotes.
