Hi kanaloa, Welcome to the boards. The milli'kara shield has to be in your inventory list and not on your person to trigger the end-game. In other words, don't select "use", just walk up to the toe and the screen will fade and give you the end-game dialogue boxes. Congratulations! You've saved a Kingdom. Now it's time for another character or plug-in, or combination of those. I'm presently partial to playing the conjurer role with Stark Bledfast's Spells Expander and I would also load up Saphire which adds a couple of well writen quests with a nice payoff when complete.
There are more plug-ins on the way, but right now the two I mentiond will give you some added fun. If you haven't done so already, print a copy of the PoG map from the link in my signature below. ~RD

Find those areas you missed the first time around. You'll want to explore those hidden areas now made accessible with Stark's new plug-in!
