Can you teleport with the Tome of Scry if you get the knowledge from the Mage Tower? THats what the lady at Gwynden Camp is basically saying.

Hi Gojita, Scry is not a teleportation spell, it will only tell you where you are now. But this information can become useful if you have another spell which can move you to someplace you want to be. Check Stark Bledfast's Walkthrough & Compendium to see if there is a spell with a name that indicates it might do that.

The spell, Blink, is a teleportation spell but it is uncontrolable. When you cast Blink, you are sent randomly to some other spot on the screen. This could be in the trees, in the river, under a rock, or even on the path out of town. I would use Blink only to avoid some creature I knew I could not otherwise defeat or evade. The tome you are looking for is the Tome of Relocate, but that is all I'm going to tell you for now. You have quite a bit of the game still to go and I don't want to spoil it for you or for others who read this post.
