I have some crons that cause various goverments to launch attacks aganst each other and the news reports for them seem to never deactivate. If I go out to the system where the attacks are taking place, they will stop when the cron is supposed to end, but the news reports in the bar are still be talking about "Goverment X's invasion of Goverment Y" eight months after it has ended.

1. Create more news cröns that randomly change the news after that crön ends
2. Complain
