    • How to make a new spash screen.

      I can't do it!!!!!!! Someone help me! I'm making a new gov. and I think that's classified as a "Major Scenario" by the FAQ and it says that those are nice with a new spash screen but I can't do it! I never really had been able to do it, though... now it's Nova, not just EVC. Please help me!

      Ok it's simple. Just create a PICT with the ID of 131 and 800x600 resolution then place it into your plugin. Thats it.

      Well, if you'll probably have to create a new color palette for it so the colors don't look messed up. You can probably find a topic on the clut resource somewhere on the board (I need to look that up too; I'm making a title screen right now).
