ok all the indiviualt pct's I made look fine nice and high res the spin looks good the shan file convert it to rled still looking good in shan window but then when I test it out ingame they look really low res and fuzzy

or perhaps the other way around? rle8 and not rleD? Rle8 is an 8 bit render, so a good 16 bit render will look kinda bad. Also, would you please consider using punctuation, like commas and such? It would make your text a lot less confusing to read.

You should always use rlëDs and rlë8s whether you always run something in one resolution or not.

I know that ATMOS used what they call LASIK to make their EVNova graphics look sharp.
