I'll make this nice and simple. How do you make the systems' circle on the map change colour according to how much the gövt likes you? Because on the map, my system is blue (friendly) to me, but I jump in and all the stellars hate me, along wif the gövt. And at what MinCoolness is a planet hostile towards you?

The hostility of a steller does not necesisarly reflect that of the system as a whole. The color change should be automatic. As soon as you have a (-) coolness the system should go red.
