    • nova tools and shield effects

      I have made several plugs giving shields to almost every ship in nova. They work great yet ship variations won't use the extra shield animation. I dont see anything in the tools to have them use it. All the base ships seem to use them fine.
      Any way to make the variants use shield effects?

      From a brief look at Nova Data 1, it seems that all the ship variants have their own shďp.. and possibly some of them have their own shäns? Make sure that all the shďps use your new shäns, anyway...

      ahhh, there we go, I missed Nova Ships 7 shäns. wondering where they put all the extra ones.
