    • New Destiny Plugs Webpage is up!

Several months ago, I put up a survey for all developers for EV, EVO, Ares, and future EVN developers to organize into an updated directory. Most of you proably assumed the project died.

      The new, updated, EV/O/N/Ares developer's directory: (url="http://"http://www.destinyplugs.f2s.com/EVEVOdev/main.html")http://www.destinypl...VOdev/main.html(/url)

Other than that, the webpage also contains a shipyard (kinda), plugins for the three games, and some other stuff.

      Home Page: (url="http://"http://www.destinyplugs.f2s.com/home.html")http://www.destinypl...s.com/home.html(/url)

BTW, if you would like to be added or removed to the directory, e-mail me or respond to this. I will need to know:

      Your name:
      The Games you develope for:
What you do: (Programming/Hera/Graphics/Writing/plotlines/music/HTML/anything else I'm forgetting)
      Previous ( Released ) Projects:
      Current Projects:
      Website(s): (if appliciable)

A few things about the site:

      1. Gah, the colors! It's one thing to have a black background and lime text (my site started out like that, but I've since gained eyesight and toned it down), but the link color (plain blue) is just horrible on black, especially with the green text. The yellow you use on the SRE works much better.

      2. URLs are case-sensitive -- main.html doesn't exist, while Main.html does.

      3. As much as I like Techno, it doesn't make a good body-of-the-website font most of the time (headers and titles, yes, but not the body). You may want to stick to something a bit more standard, such as Times/Times New Roman, Helvetica, or Geneva. This are standard web fonts, so you won't have to worry about the person on the other end not having them (not the case with Techno and Crilee, especially since they aren't Windoze fonts).

    • Thanks (I guess). I'll see what I can do about the fonts and stuff.

Unless you've updated your directory, it's very outdated. Once I had tried using it, and out of the seven people I e-mailed none of them were involved with plug-ins anymore. In fact, 5 of the e-mail accounts didn't even exist anymore.
