    • To the maker of EV Dev. Map

Your tool - EV developer's Map - is okay. But it's not as good as the EVO Developer's Map. I don't understand why that is.

Why didn't you make a new version of EV Dev. Map that is exactly like the EVO dev. Map, but for EV?

Now, EVO Dev. Map works fine with EV, but I've been getting some funky things going on (see my last posted topic). And I'm thinking that, maybe an EV Dev. Map wouldn't give me that - excuse the language - ****!

I can't continue my Plug-In without that tool! I have been working on this plug-in since August 23rd. That's a long time. I haven't gotten very far, due to problems with ResEdit. But now that your tool is giving me nothing, I have gotten no where for a month. <--not exagerating.

I am at the point of giving up, but if I did that then I wouldn't be able to play this plug-in. This plug-in is one I've been looking for since I started to use EV Plug-Ins. And so I really hope I can get it out there.

I can't do it without a hands-on experencial tool like yours - the EVO Dev. Map.

    • EVO dev map can also be used to make EV universes, since the resources are nearly the same between the two games.

    • Try doing it through ResEdit. After maybe a week or so, it shouldn't be too hard. Just make the system in ResEdit, adjust whatever numbers you have to, and then check to see how it looks in the Developers Map.
And if you want a really great development program, either program your own or wait for one to be made. NovaBurst is looking really cool and has a graphical system editor and David Arthur is working on one, although I don't know if that has a graphical system editor.
