I'm trying to make the Intro Screen and Loading Up Screen. I already have the Intro Screen made and its ID # is 8100 (I looked in Empire of Crime to see what its number was). So, is that all I should do for that one? I'm planning on making the Loading Screen ID # 8200.
If I need to do anything else, what should I do?

Make sure they both use 256 colors in the graphics or it will look like ****, due to dithering.

I use Millions of Colors +. So, that's all? Everything else should work?

On the subject of colors, Graphic Converter is VERY good for converting from more to less colors and having it look good.

Well, it doesn't matter what depth your monitor is, you need to make the opening screen 256 colors. There are some tricks that can make it look better (changing the CLUT internally), but I'm not sure how. Look it up, it's on the web somewhere.

The startup picture is resource number 131, in case anyone wanted to know. It is usally changed in most big plugs...I have yet to change it
