    • US dollar, Canadian dollar, pound, yen...I don't care!!!

Okay, how can I make money(I don't really care what kind as long as it's worth something 😉 ) so that I can buy a really nice expenisve new graphics program?????????????

 It's cause I'm poor, and money rules the world

You would have to be ignorant, derranged, demented, or dead to turn down the oppurtunity to fly an Azdara.

    • I would reccomend getting a job. But you dont need a great, humely expensive program to make great graphics. Dont dismis the free progams as crap just because they are free. There is a lot that can be done with them.Try Strata 3D 3.0.2 which has excellent features for its money (free) for an example of what can be done with it go (url="http://"http://www.ewanc.f2s.com/kelan/destroyer.html")here(/url).

Also just because programs are really expensive doesnt mean that you will instantly be able to make the best ever pics with it. You need time to get proficient with a program before you can make great art. That is why I still use Strata 3D free. Soon I am going to upgrade to plus, then eventually to pro but that is still a long time off.

    • Try joining joining your local Macintosh Users Group and reviewing software. My dad does something like that and Bryce 5 was given to us free or almost free.

Well, you could install Darwin and run the GIMP. Might not be what you're looking for, though.

    • I cut grass. Sounds a bit old by now, but I've earned $200 in the past three weeks. Hopefully, if business continues the way it has been, I could think about getting my own G4 or Lightwave...

    • Buy PC parts, assemble computers, and sell them.

A kid at my school (well, used to be at my school, dropped out) does that, and made $20,000 in 6 months.

    • Before I got my G4, I was walking dogs, baking, general labor for a person, and delivering papers. If you want money without doing any work, then you can, um, beg to your parents. You could try writing to the company that you want software from saying why you want the program and what you can to for their company to promote their procduct. (Say good things about the product in your plugin for example.) Might work if you put enough effort into the letter.

    • sell yourself on the street corner; definitely the way to go. that or you do some programming (or... dare i say it? web design {cringes}). you'd be surprised at how much people are willing to pay for some forms of software. some things which don't take a whole lot of work go for pretty incredible rates (i.e. the slow, buggy software they use at my company cost them $5k, and was probably thrown together by one person in less than a month's worth of free time- that is, about 50-60 hrs total programming time)

if you find yourself in bed with a raving lunatic, don't worry: looks can be deceiving, it's probably not me

    • I need money myself, so I can't give you any help there.(I have heard some get rich quick schemes that are too good to be true.) There really isn't much in life you can get for free. But if you do decide to write a letter to a company or make enough money, you may be interested in which product you should choose.

Mostly about the merits of Cinema 4D(probably a bit expensive), but there is some talk of the advantages of other programs: (url="http://"http://www.AmbrosiaSW.com/webboard/Forum9/HTML/002017.html")http://www.AmbrosiaS...TML/002017.html(/url)
