Ladies and Gentlemen, as you know we have something special for you at
Birdland this evening. A recording for Blue Note Records...

Let's take it back to the concrete streets, original beats and real live MC's...

I can't find the links to the corsairs and daedalus sites... Do they exist? I heard a lot about them... can somebody post them for me?

    • The Corsair site is currently undergoing renovation and moving, but the Daedalus site is at (url="http://"http://homepage.mac.com/daedalusdevelopers")homepage.mac.com/daedalusdevelopers(/url)

I guess I should put the Daedalus site in my signature... However, you still can access it through the board; there should be a link at the bottom.

    • Looks great! I like the retro "Spartakus and the Sun Beneath the Sea" look.

    • James Lomax -

Hello James, my name is Kevin, I'm 23 and I've recently visited your site. I think you did a great job on the organization and graphics, however, I think that there should be something where the people could actually reply to everything you have said rather than switch sites and go to a completely different topic and try to find your name on the lists of a hundred or so people. I know it's a lot to ask, but try making a board or a chat room that people could reply to your thought and discussions.
Also, I think that there should be time for life. I've read your page, and I think that life is a very important thing, and it should not be wasted such as making this game. Don't get me wrong, it's a great idea, I just think you're too young to start in this kind of thing. Wait at least until you're in college or even after college to start a commitment like this. This commitment isn't like being with a girlfriend, and I'm sure that if you did have a girlfriend you'd spend a lot of time with her and not over this game. Then, you would have something to cherish, remember, and it's an experience. I'm sure that the other people that are working with you have lives as well. I'm not saying that making a game is not an experience, I'm just saying that there are better things in life than making a game.
The last and final thing to add, and I guess you could call it a complaint, would be that I think you need more people. Three people is a start to something, but not to anything, do you know what I mean?
Anyway, I'm sorry to bother you and I hope you have success with this new game of yours. Good luck or should I say bon chance.

      Kevin

    • Hey Dude,

Thanks for the reply. I'll keep in mind what you said about the webboard for our page. It's worthy advice.
About my life, now... and my age. I am currently 17 years old. I live in Paris. My life is an experience. I do not devote my entire life to making the webpage. This project is a free-time-hobby that I've wanted to go through with for a couple years, now. For the past couple days, I have spent all my time with my girlfriend, before I go to a 3 week classical/Shakespeare acting course in Sedona, AZ. I have a life. My member profile was a joke, not an obsession. There are many things about me which you probably won't know about because, frankly, I don't want to share my "life" as it is, with people I know nothing about. Thank you, anyway, for your concern. It was worthy advice.
