I am currently working on an EVO plug called "Universal Domain". I will be handling the fleet, missions, persons, weapons, governemtns, and outfits resource. I need people to help me with:
Ships (I will be using some EVO and EV ships, but I will need new stuff)
Ship Artwork (Hopefully this will be the same person who does the ships)
System (It's gonna be big so come prepared)

This will be a very good plug so I don't want anybody who is not very good! This is for experts!
