Okay, Galaxy's Edge is almost done. I need two things from all you rockers out there:

1: The only thing I have left to do is program missions and write descs for same. I'm not gonna call in outside help for this one - that's the loser's way out. However, I could use a little cheering up about having to make all these damn missions Tell me you want them, baby.

2: I figure it's a good time to start looking for beta testers. By "beta tester," I do not mean someone who will mess around with Galaxy's Edge for a couple hours. I need people who are willing and have the time to play through the entire plugin multiple times with a good eye for bugs or grammatical errors. I'll take five beta testers. You can e-mail me or just post here; either way's fine.

I can't beta test, I'm hosting the beta for The Dark Beyond. BTW, all you TDB beta testers, like the man said, the idea is to EMAIL ME once you find a bug. Oh, and The Dark Beyond should be out in a week or so.

I've beta tested Unite Beta before, and I think I did it pretty well...
When I play betas I always have a notebook and a pen next to my iMac, and note EVERYTHING down...

Um, there are multiple free website place thingies like geocities... (url="http://"http://www.geocities.com/")http://www.geocities.com/(/url)
Just write html and make a link to the file, then upload it to the site. Make sure you .bin it... Geocities seems to mess some files up sometimes if you don't
(Ah, the famous "The file seems shorter than it should be Stuffit error )

Thanks, I think I fixed it! I'd suggest Angelfire.com personally for a website. They give more room and so far have worked better for me then geocities. Although I have part of my page on both servers.

Absolutely. I'll play GE when it comes out most definitely. I guess there's just a feeling of rivalry between two mission-oriented plus great graphics plugs.

And try hosting it on (url="http://"http://www.fortunecity.com")http://www.fortunecity.com(/url) it has 100 mb storage, but each file you upload can only be 5 mb or less, so I don't know if it will work. Also try (url="http://"http://www.tripod.com")http://www.tripod.com(/url) it might be good.

Yeah.. Same with geocities... But you can just segment the file with Stuffit it... And while your at it, password it and give out the password only to the beta testers
