    • Flandarg, thanks for answering. I know how to open the spellbook (V) and to use the "C" key to cast spells. However, I've never actually cast a spell.

The spellbook says I have 0/132 magic points. I never get any magic points back. You say to buy potions to make your magic points come back. Where? I've been to every apothecary, merchant, shop, and blacksmith I know of and cannot find any potion that doesn't just cure life points. Is a trader different from those? If so, where do I find one?

      Any help welcomed.

      Thanks,
      Julia

Look in three places(that I know of, probably more elsewhere but since I haven't had the time to play a conjuror yet I haven't paid all that much attention):

      • Gewin the merchant that lives 3 north of Fantrima on the western edge of the screen.

      • The travelling merchant that appears on the main road at random times. He can be spotten normally 2 squares north of Fantrima or 1 screen west of Gywden Camp.

      • I expect potions are going to be sold at the Mage's Tower. This is just speculation since I haven't actually been there, but I would be very surprised if this is not the case.

Good luck, I hope you find some.

The 0 in the 0/132 means that you are out of magic points and you for sure need a refill! (The 132 is the maximum points you can have at that level.) I recall buying magic juice from Gewin and the itinerant trader on the road. As another poster says, probably in the tower, as well, although my conjuror never bought any there.

    • Once you have beaten the puzzles and can talk to the guy at the top, you can buy Magic Potions from him. I've been there and seen it myself 😉

    • Okay, I need help, I need to know if there is a set of auroran missions (you know, the kind you get in the bar), and if there are, how do you get them?

    • Oh, sorry, ignore my posts, I wandered into the wrong place.

Thank you for directing people to the compendium Mr. Somebody, but for plug-ins, which Trinity is, they will need to look at the 2nd version of the compendium located at:
      (url="http://"http://www.avalon.net/~honda/pog/pogwalkthrough2a.htm")http://www.avalon.ne...lkthrough2a.htm(/url)

When I have this version "finished" it will take the place of the "pogwalkthrough.htm" link and will be uploaded to the POG uplads directory. But I still have a few things to finish up on it before that happens.

The above link, btw, does have info on the Mage's tower puzzles, gleaned from other board posts.

    • I just started the game and I got two questions.

      1. When I go into the learning tree my view gets all messed up where I can't see the terain and my guy leaves a train of himself behind where ever he goes. I can see all the items and people, and can prettymuch navigate well enough to find everything. I just want to know if anyone else had this problem or what?

      2. I met the guy who raises gant termites and I want to buy one, but what the heck are they good for? I mean, do I cut down trees with them or what, and why would I want to buy a male when their more expensive and don't give milk? Just wondering.

    • 1. thats kinda common, try giving pog more memory.
      2. Its leads nowhere, its a open plot for somone to make a plug.
