In the përs resource, what does 'show disaster info' mean? Also, is there a way to increase the ship's armor in the përs resource?

You can up a pérs's shield in EV-edit and change their weapons.

Show disaster info gets the PERS to tell you where disasters are as per the OOPS resource. As per the EVO Bible, these are not necessarily disasters, but anything you have defined.
