hi everyone!

i'm in a little trouble playing original PoG (without plugins):
i made it up short before the final fight, but am experiencing something strange now. i'm talking about the two caves at high garendall. i entered both a few weeks ago being far away from ready for the final fight just seeing whats down there. but now that i am i cant find that gate anymore. i entered both caves (although both entrances lead to the same cave). i can only find the way down to where i found the tome is it possible that i screwed something and now the entrance to that gate for the final fight with that guardian is blocked? or is my mind blocked and i'm just to drunken to find the entrance???

Bingo!
The guardian cave is northwest of the crypt you came through from the moutains. there should be a bunch of shadow demons protecting it.
The caves up in High Garendall are just for the tome.
