I have never gotten the divine lamp quest. Where does this quest start? If I can get it started I am sure I can follow it through. Thanks in advance.

The quest doesn't "start" anywhere really. It is like the war axe of misery or the
dwarven runic sword in that you come across it(although there are people I believe
who talk about it and refer to it).The divine lamp is in a temple located deep in the Ghost Swamp. Start your search

Is there a quest you need to complete before the divine lamp appears? I've been to that temple several times and have never found any of the things you talk about in the walkthrough.
