these work fine, what doesn't seem to display is the small PICTs, I tried

Nothing is displayed. What Offset is used for the small PICTs?

Also for some reason the caption is missing for the outfit also

I don't know if I can immediately help you, but I reccomend Pontus Ilbring's EV Formula Calc for this sort of thing; it calculates all the ID's for you.

The reason the small picts haven't appeared is because you have to make them seperately, change the size of each pic to 32x32 and then put them in the right resource.

to Celtic Starbase you misunderstood: I did make the required PICTs of the size needed
the problem is that I must not have the resources numbered correctly asd the small PICTS are not displaying.
