i am starting a new plug based on the Hyperion Cantos, which many of you probably haven't heard of, but its good. I need more graphics for this, so if anyone can help me, i would be greatful. I will send you a list of the ships etc in the game if you wish to help. Thanks

How do you propose to do that?
I mean, the Hyperion Universe is great, but the Hawking spinships take months to travel from star to star, not days like in EV.
So unless you're in an "Archangel" courier, which belongs to the bad guys, you don't have reasonable travel times.
And after the Pax era comes freecasting, and you hardly need starships to do that!

Sounds great dude! I'm just finishing up on reading Rise of Endymion.
Please please please please please make the plug good, man. I was hoping someone would make a Hyperion plug. But which book would it be based on? Both? Can't you change the days of something with ResEdit, that's what I'm using for my plug-in. Good luck...

In 1.02, you can have outfits automatically added to ships, so you could make an outfit that makes you take months per jump.

(i know this topic is dead, but i haven't had a chance to post for ages)
I was planning on just putting a thing that makes you take months to jump, but also, you can do the missions for the "bad guys" so there will be people with great ships around. Any one who wishes to help me with this, i would appreciate it, i use a PC, and i have more troubles with it than anyone would believe. I am also considering waiting for EV3, so it may be a while before this plug is around
